Order

The maximum quantity of items per order is 3.

Payment

You need to choose Euro as the display currency in order for Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal,  Przelewy24 (P24) payment options to be shown at the check out page.

We accept all major payment cards by using Stripe as the payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.

We also accept Alipay,  Apply Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal,  Przelewy24 (P24), as payment for all of our items.

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your payment details.

Shipping

Customs duties and import taxes for the order may vary from country to country. Buyers are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs.

We ship the item through Hong Kong Post with tracking number for reference.

We ship worldwide, just select your shipping destination at checkout.

If the tracking state of the order does not update for 2 weeks time, please contact our support by email [email protected] with the tracking number, we will issue an official request to the post office for investigation.

We will sent you a confirmation email once the order has shipped.

The handling time for each order normally takes 4 business days (according to the Hong Kong general calendar) before being shipped.

Once the order is shipped, we will sent you a confirmation email along with the tracking number for your reference.
